What To Do BJJ

Holiday training session at VT This week I have been away on a family holiday at the Longleat Centre Parcs. Every year my wife grants me a good behaviour pass to go and grab a BJJ session. This year I was fortunate enough to be close to the gym of my first ever instructor. I was very blessed to live in Ashford way back in 1998 and by pure chance end up training at Ashford Vale Tudo with Leigh Remedios who is an original UK grappling legend and UFC veteran.   After 21 years Leigh was good enough to show me the secret to his high speed shoot!  

Some of the What To Do members had a training session at Carlson Gracie Headquarters in Hammersmith, London today  Techniques covered were Head and Arm Choke from Mount and a Triangle sequence from Side Control. Both with a big focus on utilising the Monkey Paw! Videos Coming Soon!!!!!
